Doula Support Packages

All of my support packages include milage up to 30 miles round trip (15 miles each way). Covering (but not limited to) the following areas:

Chester, Wrexham, Cheshire, Wirral, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool, Manchester, North Wales, Oswestry, Flintshire, Shrewsbury, Nantwich, and Whitchurch.

I’m happy to travel up to an hour to support you wherever you are, but please note,

any additional mileage (over 30 miles) will be charged at 0.45p per mile, which will be added to your invoice.

I only work with a maximum of 2 clients per month, so I recommend getting in touch early if you think I might be the right fit for you.

The Birth World Package

3x prenatal sessions where we will prepare for your upcoming birth.
Comprehensive individualised birth plan
4 week on-call period for your birth. (38-42 wks)
Birth attendance - extensive in-person emotional, physical and practical support from active labour up to 2 hours post-birth
Specialised biomerchanical techniques (if needed)
1x postpartum visit in the immediate postnatal period. (1 hour approx)

The Birth World + Hypnobirthing

This enhanced package includes everything in my 'Birth World' package, with the added benefit of a complete hypnobirthing preparation course- designed to deepen your understanding and confidence..

Together we'll explore:

The physiology of birth, and the powerful hormonal matrix that supports it.
A mindset shift, towards trusting your body's innate ability to give birth
Practical techniques for relaxation
Course materials provided

Postpartum Support

Investment from £28,00 p/h

I will be flexible around your individual needs

Space to rest, recover and feel held
Deep, nourishing care for mama
Compassionate listening that welcomes open conversation
Feeding support, breast/bottle/combination
Practical, everyday support: light household tasks, meals, errands, and sibling care

Minimum booking of 3 hours- this ensures my support is effective and meaningful

Daytime Rate: 10am - 4pm £28.00 p/h

Evening Rate: 4pm - 10pm £35.00 p/h

Night Rate: 10pm onwards £50.00 p/h

The Birth World Journey

Investment £2,100

A complete circle of care- supporting you from preparation, through birth, and into the early days of parenthood.

Designed for those who wish to feel deeply prepared, supported, and cared for- this journey ensures you are supported every step of the way

This comprehensive package offers continuous, nurturing support, and includes everything within my Birth World and Birth World & Hypnobirthing packages, with the addition of 12 hours of dedicated postpartum support. (*Daytime hours between 10am - 4pm) * Postpartum support to be used within 6 weeks.

Virtual Doula Support

Think of this as package as a “doula in your pocket”, offering continuous, compassionate support in a more accessible way.

This option is perfect if you're seeking expert guidance and emotional support, but are working with a more limited budget, or simply just prefer virtual care. While I won’t be physically present at your birth, you’ll still receive the same level of guidance, information, and reassurance- all delivered virtually- so you never have to feel alone on this journey.

This sacred chapter of your life deserves to be held with the same care, attention, and intention as planning your wedding or moving into your new home. What matters to you, truly matters- and this session is designed to honour that.

Together, we’ll navigate the information that’s relevant to your unique circumstance, helping you to reduce overwhelm, gain clarity and feel empowered in your decision-making.

These sessions offer you the space, support, and guidance to explore your birth and postnatal options in depth.

You’ll come away with a comprehensive, bespoke birth preference or postnatal plan tailored to your values and needs, so you can move forward with confidence, calm, and a strong sense of ownership over your journey.

Power Hour

A focused 60-minute session over zoom or phone, designed to bring you clarity, calm, and confidence during your pregnancy or postnatal journey.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by too much information, unsure about your options, or just need a listening ear - this is your space to pause, reflect, and be heard. With the support of my experienced and calming presence, we’ll work through whatever’s on your mind:

Navigating the maternity system
Understanding your options and rights
Debriefing a recent midwife or consultant appointment - evidence versus policy.
Making sense of medical jargon
Shutting out the noise to tune into what you really want

Postnatal meal Package

The first 40 days after birth are a sacred window of healing, rest, and transformation. In many traditions around the world, this time is honoured as essential for a new mother’s recovery, milk production, emotional well-being, and long-term health.

This package is created with that same care and intention: to nourish you from the inside out with warming, comforting, and nutrient-dense meals that support healing, promote energy, and hold you gently through the tender postpartum weeks.

Each meal is made with love and attention, using ingredients known to support postpartum recovery. Whether you're in need of grounding stews, gentle broths, slow-cooked grains, or iron-rich dishes, your meals will be tailored to your individual preferences, allergies, and dietary needs, and delivered fresh.
