The Birth World Package
£900.00

​Nurtured through Bump, Birth and Beyond...

  • Initial meet & connect in your home

  • Welcome booklet

  • Continuous virtual support immediately after booking

  • Access to my library of pregnancy, birth & parenting books

  • Antenatal programme, where we will work through any fears/prior birth experiences (if relevant), discuss your birth visions /goals, along with your options/ preferences. We will also cover your human rights in childbirth, your birth choices, the physiological & hormonal matrix of labour, positions for birth, comfort measures, relaxation techniques, and explore your expectations & postpartum plan to ease you into motherhood.

  • Comprehensive birth plan

  • Birth bag preparation & guidance

  • On call for your birth from 38 weeks gestation

  • Extensive emotional and physical support throughout labour & birth

  • Use of tens machine

  • Postnatal visits in the immediate postpartum period where we will discuss your birth experience. Practical support with newborn feeding, and most importantly - provide an extra pair of helping hands around your home to care for mum and baby

  • Ongoing Whatsapp/phone support up to 6 weeks postpartum

Nocturnal Nurture Package

Whilst You Sleep​...

  • 10pm - 6am

  • Overnight support for you and your infant

  • I will take full responsibility of your baby whilst you sleep

  • Feeding to be discussed

  • Open to completing light housework tasks whilst baby sleeps (if time allows)

Postnatal Ad-hoc Support  £20.00 p/hr

As and When you need it...

  • I will flexible around your individual needs

  • A calming pair of hands around your home or a comforting ear

  • Happy to help with household chores / errands / meal preparation

  • Minimum booking of 2 hours

    * Ad hoc care is not available after 5pm

​

​A block of 20 postnatal care hours are available at a 17% discounted rate.
