I’m currently working in a company that’s scaling fast, and we’re starting to experience challenges in coordinating multiple agile teams across different business units. Leadership wants better visibility into investments, priorities, and outcomes, but we don’t want to lose agility in the process. I’ve heard Lean Portfolio Management might be the solution, but I’m not sure where to start learning about it in depth.

I found a great option at my Lean Portfolio Management course and it broke down complex topics like portfolio flow, funding allocation, and value measurement into practical steps. The course also explained how to implement lightweight governance that supports agility instead of slowing it down. It gave me the tools to have more strategic conversations with executives while still supporting agile teams effectively.
