Your own little digital doula library...
Once you're officially onboarded, alongside my personalised support you also get access to your own password-protected client portal.
Think of it as your 24/7 digital doula: a carefully curated library of useful resources, guidance and information to support you throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Inside, you’ll find the latest evidence-based research, practical resources and trusted information, all in one place, so when a question pops into your head at 2am, you’re not disappearing down a Google rabbit hole trying to work out what’s actually worth reading.
From pregnancy and birth preparation to postpartum recovery, feeding and those “erm… is this normal?” moments, you’ll have reliable information right at your fingertips.
No overwhelm. No endless scrolling. No questionable Facebook advice.
Just good, evidence-based information, whenever you need it.
A nice little perk...

What does my support actually look like?
Here's what my clients say...
You’re sitting in a maternity appointment and you hear the words...
“You’re not allowed.” or “What we'll do is...".
Something shifts. The vibe feels off.
Suddenly, you’re overwhelmed, spiralling. Googling at 2am. Falling down a rabbit hole.
Then you message your doula.
You get talked off the cliff. You’re given balance, context and evidence-based information- without the fear-mongering, scare tactics or pressure to make a decision before you’re ready.
Suddenly, everything feels a little lighter.
A little clearer. A lot more manageable.
You walk into your next appointment differently. You know what questions to ask. You understand your options. You’ve got the stats, the evidence and the confidence to advocate for yourself.
Because doula support is NEVER about telling you what to choose. It’s about making sure YOU understand your choices, and feel confident making them.
So when the next “you’re not allowed” comes along, you don’t agree out of politeness, or lose your head wondering what to do.
You walk into the room with main character energy, knowing how to confidently advocate for the birth experience that feels right for you. You feel comfortable asking the questions, challenging policy-based recommendations, and knowing when something doesn’t sit right.
Picture this...

For the Birth Partners...

Yep! I’m absolutely here for you too...
And we're bringing elite birth partner energy only!!
Birth partners... let me ask you: how much advice have you already been given? “Just be supportive and hold her hand.”
Nah.
Real talk, I don’t expect you to magically know how to confidently support your partner through one of the most physically and emotionally intense days of her life without feeling a little out of your depth. That’s unrealistic.
But if we’re working together, I do expect you to be all in.
You don’t need to have all the answers from day one, you just need to be open-minded, willing to learn, and ready to embrace your role.
Because confident birth partners don’t happen by accident. We prepare. We practise. We learn. We talk through the birth preferences, get familiar with the options, practise advocacy, and work out how you can be the calm in the chaos when things get intense or the plan changes.
My role isn’t to replace you- it’s to back you up. I’ll help you understand what’s happening, show you practical tools to support and comfort your partner, and quietly guide you when you’re not quite sure what to do next.
That way, you’re not standing on the sidelines wondering whether you’re doing it right. You’re right in the thick of it- informed, confident and actively involved.
And if you’re ready to embrace your role as a badass birth partner....I can’t wait to teach you!
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

In my opinion...
Postpartum deserves the same reverence as pregnancy and birth.
Your body has just done something huge, mama. You’ve grown a baby, navigated birth, and suddenly you’re expected to come home, keep a tiny human alive, figure out feeding and function on very little sleep.
What?!?
Somewhere along the way, we’ve completely lost sight of the postpartum village. Instead, you’re expected to just crack on with a piss-poor six-week “check-up” and a quick chat about contraception.
Ermm… absolutely not.
Around here, we’re not doing the toxic bounce-back culture. And if you agree that post-birth tea and toast can go straight in the bin, you’re definitely in the right place!
I’m passionate about ensuring new mothers feel held- emotionally, practically, physically and nutritionally as they recover from birth, navigate feeding, bond with their baby and find their feet in this completely life-changing new chapter.
Whether this is your first baby or third, your fourth trimester was never meant to be managed alone. It’s a huge period of physical recovery, emotional adjustment and identity transformation, and you deserve support that recognises just how significant it is.
I can support you with feeding, newborn behaviour, practical household tasks, nourishing food and settling into life with your baby. I’ll give you space to process your birth, hold you through the emotional moments, celebrate the joy, sit with the lows, and be there for the fatigue, overwhelm and everything in between.
Most importantly, I’ll be there to ‘mother the mother’.
My postnatal clients have described me as a "postpartum fairy", a "real-life Mary Poppins" and "like the big sister I never had." And that's EXACTLY the energy I'm bringing to this sacred, (sometimes messy) but truly beautiful time of adjustment.
I will be flexible around your individual needs
A calming pair of hands around your home
Space to rest, recover and feel held
Deep, nourishing care for mama
Compassionate listening that welcomes open conversation
Feeding guidance, breast/bottle/combination
Practical, everyday support: light household tasks, meal preparation, errand running and sibling care
Minimum booking of 3 hours- this ensures my support is effective and meaningful
Daytime Rate: 10am - 4pm £28.00 p/h
Evening Rate: 4pm - 10pm £35.00 p/h
Night Rate: 10pm onwards £50.00 p/h
Big sister energy ✦ Calm hands ✦ Gentle presence. Nourishing food ✦ And absolutely no judgement ✦

“I do not care what kind of birth you have...a home birth, a scheduled caesarean, epidural hospital birth, or if you birth alone in the woods next to a baby deer.
I care that you are supported in your choices, and that you were respected”
January Harshe

Hypnobirthing:
Does it actually work?
So my honest answer is…if you put the work in - YES!
You can’t tell yourself a few positive affirmations, listen to a couple of relaxation audio’s and expect your nervous system to suddenly become Zen when labour kicks in.
Relaxation is a skill, and Hypnobirthing is a practice, not a magic trick.
The research is promising, with studies suggesting hypnosis-based birth preparation can help with things like fear, pain and women's experience of birth.
But the evidence doesn't promise a particular type of birth, fewer interventions or a pain-free labour- and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.
The real value is in repetition. And what we’ll explore in your course is how your unconscious mind absolutely LOVES that!
You practise the breathing. You practise the relaxation. You learn to recognise what sends your nervous system into overdrive and how to effectively bring yourself back.
You challenge the stories you’ve absorbed about birth and replace them with knowledge, understanding and something far more useful: confidence in your ability to respond.
Because let’s be honest, most of us have been absorbing birth stories, horror stories, TV dramas and other people’s experiences since we were little. Your brain has been collecting them all, vacuuming them all up ready to respond to the unexpected sensation of labour with fear, anxiety and adrenalin...the unhelpful recipe to completely derail your birth experience.
Hypnobirthing gives you the opportunity to question that programming.
Not by pretending birth is always calm, easy or predictable- it’s not.
But by preparing your brain for the reality of it, so when the intensity arrives, you have tools, knowledge and practice to draw on.
That’s the difference between hoping you’ll feel calm on the day and actually preparing for it!
